Limited Warranty (full policy copy)
Coverage. We warrant that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the date it is delivered to you. During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair or replace defective parts.
Consumables (not covered). Normal-wear or consumable items are excluded, including (for example) filters, hoses, fuses, sensors, gaskets, seals, lamps, and adhesives, accessories, parts.
What isn’t covered. This warranty does not apply to failures or damage caused by:
User error or misuse (including operation contrary to the manual).
Accident, drop, or impact, or damage during moving/transport.
Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
Abnormal power (surges, incorrect voltage/frequency) or faulty external wiring/equipment.
Unauthorized service or modification.
External causes not due to a defect in the product itself.
Use of non-approved/third-party parts or consumables.
Lack of cleaning or maintenance required by the manual.
Hatchability disclaimer (incubators). Because egg viability depends on many factors we do not control, hatch rate is not guaranteed.
Who’s eligible. Warranty support applies to products purchased directly from our website (we can verify your order record).
How to obtain service (contact us first).
Email us with symptoms, model name, serial number, and your contact information. We’ll provide free remote troubleshooting (often no return is needed). If service or parts are required, shipping is pre-billed to the customer. Do not ship any product until you receive our instructions.
What we’ll do. After diagnosis, we may (at our discretion) send parts, provide repair instructions, or request return for service. Repaired/replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Limitation. To the extent permitted by law: this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
